Our History

David started working in the insurance industry in 1988. He quickly progressed into supervision and construction management roles, before becoming group director for one of Melbourne’s top reinstatement firms.

David has a degree in Project Management and Construction and is a registered builder in Victoria and previously registered in New South Wales and Queensland.

He has received multiple building awards in Victoria , NSW and internationally, including the Phoenix Award (Columbia USA).

Outside of work David likes to travel with friends and family and spend time watching his children play sport, as well as assisting various local sporting clubs.

Since 2002 Ruvin has worked for Melbourne’s top reinstatement contractors, including managing complicated large loss claims.

Ruvin has extensive experience in estimating, supervision, key account management and direct line management of supervisors, estimators and administration staff.

Since meeting in 2002, Ruvin and David have maintained a long and rewarding working relationship.

Outside of work Ruvin likes to spend time with his friends and young family.

With over 12 years Construction Industry experience, Carly has undertaken previous roles as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager and now Business Development Manager. Carly Graduated from Swinburne University with a Bachelor in Teaching. Carly has proven skills in Contract Negotiation, Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management and Facilitates Maintenance.

Whilst not at work Carly enjoys travelling, eating delicious meals and spending time with her family.

After completing his studies in Building and construction, Matt moved into an estimating role within the Insurance building industry.

He has been estimating in the Insurance building industry now for over 10 years.

The role has sent him all over the country to assess and estimate during major disasters, storms and catastrophes. Matt has a vast knowledge of insurance building estimating and has been involved with estimating projects from as little as one thousand dollars right up to seven million dollar projects across a diverse range of claims such as fires, floods, impacts and total rebuilds.

He has proven history of working with Adjusters and insurers to find the most optimum outcomes for his clients.

Matt is a person of extremely high integrity and has a genuine care for the quality service he delivers both to insureds and insurers alike.

Out of work Matt is an avid photographer who loves spending time with his wife, friends and two dogs.
